Precision Additive Manufacturing.

Homeware, gifts, seasonal pieces and things for children. From two workshops in the North East.

Seasonal pieces on a wooden table, including ghosts, pumpkins, acorns, and homeware.

Two ranges.

Same making. Different specification. Choose by what the piece has to prove.

Certified

Full ingredient transparency, and EN 71-3 chemistry evidence for the colours in that pack. Choose it when a buyer, school or venue wants the documents.

Premium

A wider choice of colours and finishes. The same production settings. The same check before it leaves.

Both ranges use thicker walls and a denser internal structure wherever the design allows.

What we make

  • Homeware

Vases, planters, organisers and small useful pieces for the home.

Paired round vases in brown and terracotta, holding dried grass.
  • Gifts

Pieces worth keeping. Personalised options are available.

A bowl of cream, brown, and orange acorn ornaments.
  • Seasonal

Pieces that belong to a time of year. The range changes. The standard does not.

White ghost figures and pumpkin lanterns on a black shelf.
  • Kids

Letters, play pieces and small objects for children. When someone needs the material documents, we make them in the Certified range. They are not sold as toys.

  • A white beaded vessel with pinecones on top.
  • Four small black cauldrons on a wooden table.
  • Pale bird-skull pieces on a wooden table.
  • Stacked white ghost candle holders with a pumpkin candle on top.
  • Small mushroom figures with orange, brown, and tan caps.

How they are made.

Every piece is made in our UK workshops. We use 3D printing because it lets us make solid forms without holding shelves of unused stock. It is a manufacturing method, not the product.

Because each piece is made individually, small differences in colour, surface or layer texture are normal. They are not faults.

Production settings favour strength over speed: thicker walls and a denser internal structure wherever the design allows. Each piece is checked before it leaves.

About

We are Armin and Matt. We run CleanLayers from workshops in Morpeth and Whitley Bay. We spent a long time testing how pieces fail in real use, then set the workshops up to favour strength over speed. Each piece is checked before it leaves.
