What you buy

Printed keyrings: an articulated name keyring for each name in your order, printed in PLA in the font and colour you choose, with the reinforced connectors shown in the preview.

STL files: one STL file of an articulated name keyring for each name in your order, made by software in the font you choose, with the reinforced connectors shown in the preview.

Names are letters A to Z, up to 12 characters.

Price and payment

Printed keyrings cost the price shown before you pay, including any VAT. The more keyrings in one order, the less each one costs, and popular names have a price of their own. We are the seller, and Stripe processes the payment for us.

STL files cost £1 each, including VAT or any other sales tax. Stripe takes the payment as merchant of record. It charges your card, works out and pays the tax, sends your receipt and handles payment questions and refunds. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment.

Delivery

Printed keyrings: we make each one to order and post your order within 30 days to the UK address you give when you pay. Postage is £2 an order, free when the keyrings come to £10 or more.

STL files: you get them as soon as the payment is through, on the page you return to and by email. The link keeps working, so you can download them again.

Cancelling and faults

Printed keyrings are made to the name, font and colour you choose, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them. If a keyring arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

STL files: before you pay, you ask for the download straight away and confirm that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel that the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you. You lose it once the files are ready to download. If a file is faulty, for example it does not open or a hinge does not move after printing as described, email us with your download link. We will send a fixed file or refund you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

What you may do with an STL file

Print it as often as you like, for yourself or as gifts. Do not share, upload or sell the file, and do not sell prints of it. The design stays ours.

Printing an STL file

The keyring is designed to print flat, in one colour, with no supports, on a desktop FDM printer. Results depend on your printer, settings and filament. Bend each joint once after printing to free the hinge.

Safety

It is a keyring, not a toy. It has small parts. Keep it away from children under 3.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
