Wholesale 3D printed gifts for UK shops.
Clean Layers makes printed gifts and homeware in the UK for shops to stock. We sell them wholesale, and you can choose homeware, gifts and seasonal pieces from the Certified range or the Premium range. Both are made the same way, and we check every piece before it goes out.
02 · What we make
How it works
Our homeware is vases, planters, organisers and other small useful pieces for the home. The gifts are pieces worth keeping, and we can personalise them.
The seasonal pieces change through the year, but they're made the same way as everything else.
The Certified range. Full ingredient transparency, and EN 71-3 chemistry evidence for the colours in that pack. Choose it when a buyer, school or venue wants the documents.
The Premium range gives you a wider choice of colours and finishes, at the same production settings and with the same check before it goes out.
Both ranges use thicker walls and a denser internal structure wherever the design allows. Each piece is made individually, so small differences in colour, surface or layer texture are normal and aren't faults.
You can already find our pieces at Culture House in Sunderland and Playdium in Morpeth.
We print Zorbles in our UK workshops under licence.
Most pieces are made from matte PLA, and a few specialist pieces from PETG. Not for food or drink.
PLA starts to soften at about 55°C. PETG takes a little more, but neither can go in a dishwasher.

What is the minimum order?

What documents and certification come with the products?
It depends on the range. Choose the Certified range when a buyer, school or venue wants the documents. Full ingredient transparency, and EN 71-3 chemistry evidence for the colours in that pack. The Premium range doesn't include ingredient transparency or EN 71-3 evidence. Lab test documentation comes with the products. Our toys are UKCA tested where relevant, with documentary evidence.

Can I reorder a piece?
Yes. We keep the files, so we can make the same piece again when you reorder.
